One of the most important parts of the job interview is to give good examples. I once had a job interview where there were close to 15 questions and I betting the interviewers asked for examples on 9 of the questions. Just like your practice question list I talked about in Part I of this Interview Blog it is important to have thought of examples of your work and how you handled various situations. It is much easier to come up with examples before an interview than during an actual interview. The more you can think of examples to potential questions the better your interviews will be. A little preparation goes a long ways.
